Yes. Currently the Click & Collect service is available at all Anaconda Store.

Anaconda can’t change an order once placed online, we can help to refund your order while you create a new one or assist in exchanging products once you arrive in store If you decide to change products or add additional items, you can do this once at the store. Our team can also return your Click & Collect and assist you to buy something different when you get in store.

If you have purchased an item from Anaconda and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us. Upon assessment, Anaconda will offer a full refund, repair or replacement on most items whether purchased online and in store.
